The title of this seminar is “Comprehensive legal status of victims, with particular attention for gender-based violence, interfamily violence and victims of terrorism”.

Through the implementation phase of the EMJ III so far we observed that the regulation on victims is one of the most relevant topics where there is room for improvement. During the activities carried out so far, the discussions showed that one of the most relevant actions that could be started is establishing a comprehensive legal status on this matter. This seminar will not be a conceptual seminar, but rather a very technical seminar. It should make it possible to obtain a comparative overview of relevant EU MS regulations; the aim is to offer the ENPI SPC the opportunity to compare their system with a very concrete EU – EU MS regulation. This seminar will be an exercise of technical assistance with a view to creating and improving the concrete domestic regulation.
